I purchased this book when I was starting my own collection agency and found many great letters here. I mostly used parts of different letters to create my own, but there were alot of great pieces to use together. I liked this book so much I purchased it for a friend of mine who was also starting her own collection agency. I would recommend this book to help you create your own debt collection letters. There is quite a bit of good information in this book.
